Landscape

Landscape PhotoLandscape calendar photos are best as they fill the horizontal space.

Portrait

Portrait PhotoPortrait photos may be cropped (trimmed) / enlarged to fill the space.

Greeting Cards – Landscape or Portrait

Greeting Cards
  • We recommend JPEG files as created by most digital cameras, although our form will also allow uploading of GIF, PDF and PNG file formats.
  • Files smaller than 60k will be rejected as the quality is unlikely to produce a good-looking calendar or card.
  • Files larger than 250k are recommended.
  • Files larger than 3500k or 3.5 mb will also be rejected.
  • Files must not have punctuation in their names.
  • If possible keep file names short.
  • Please ensure your files are stored on your computer and you know how to locate them via a dialog box.
  • NB. Some schools may offer Calendars ONLY or Cards ONLY. Please check with your school.
